The wholesale portal

Bare Naked Pet Co., a brand of Bear Meal Mixers LLC, provides the wholesale portal for independent retailers. You are responsible for the activity under your login and for keeping staff access current. Product orders, pricing, and invoices continue to follow the wholesale terms presented in the portal and on your invoices.

Winston SMS program

Winston is an optional SMS assistant for wholesale accounts. It can send messages about orders, account support, reorder reminders, product updates, and promotions. On-demand account help is part of the program when you are opted in. Reorder reminders and promotional texts are sent only when you enable those preferences.

Account / service: I agree to receive SMS/text messages from Bare Meal Mixers LLC (Bare Naked Pet Co.) through Winston, its AI assistant, about orders, shipping updates, account support, and reorder assistance. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Consent is optional and not a condition of purchase.

Promotional (separate checkbox): I'd also like to receive promotional SMS/text messages from Bare Meal Mixers LLC (Bare Naked Pet Co.), including special offers, product announcements, and retailer promotions. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Consent is optional and not a condition of purchase.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The mobile number you enroll can be different from the business phone on your account.

Managing preferences

After you sign in, open Account settings and choose Winston (SMS assistant). From there you can update the mobile number, turn the program on or off, and manage reorder reminders and promotions. Each login has its own Winston preference.

Privacy and SMS opt-in data

We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See the Privacy Policy for what Winston stores and how to reach us.
