Who we are

The wholesale portal at wholesale.barenakedpet.com is operated by Bare Naked Pet Co., a brand of Bear Meal Mixers LLC (“Bare Naked,” “we,” “us”). Questions about this policy can go to info@barenakedpet.com.

Information we collect

When a retailer creates or uses a wholesale account, we collect the business and contact details needed to run that account. That includes:

• Business name, address, phone, tax ID, and how you heard about us
• The name, email address, and login credentials for the account holder and any staff logins
• Orders, locations, and messages you send through the portal

The business phone on your account is for the store. It is not used as consent to send Winston texts.

Winston SMS

Winston is Bare Naked’s SMS assistant for wholesale accounts. If you opt in, we collect and store the mobile number you enter, stored in E.164 format, along with your consent record. That record includes the consent source, the disclosure version, the exact consent text you agreed to, the time of consent, your opt-in and opt-out status, reminder and promotion preferences, and the IP address and browser user agent captured when you consented.

We use that information to:

• Confirm that this login agreed to the Winston SMS program
• Send account and order support messages you request
• Send reorder reminders or product and promotion messages only when those preferences are on
• Honor STOP, HELP, and preference changes made in Account settings
• Keep an audit trail of consent and preference changes

Account / service: I agree to receive SMS/text messages from Bare Meal Mixers LLC (Bare Naked Pet Co.) through Winston, its AI assistant, about orders, shipping updates, account support, and reorder assistance. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Consent is optional and not a condition of purchase.

Promotional (separate checkbox): I'd also like to receive promotional SMS/text messages from Bare Meal Mixers LLC (Bare Naked Pet Co.), including special offers, product announcements, and retailer promotions. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Consent is optional and not a condition of purchase.

You can review or change the mobile number, opt out, and manage reorder reminders and promotions after signing in, under Account settings → Winston (SMS assistant). You can also reply STOP to a Winston text to opt out.

SMS opt-in data is not sold or shared for marketing

We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may use a messaging vendor solely to deliver Winston texts you agreed to receive. That delivery relationship is not a sale or share of your opt-in data for the vendor’s own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep account information while the wholesale account is active and as needed for orders, taxes, and support. Consent records, including opt-out records, are kept so we can show what was agreed to and honor an opt-out. You can ask us to review the Winston preferences stored for your login by emailing info@barenakedpet.com.
